Aromas of spiced strawberries,  watermelon and a hint of musk/turkish delight with a soft savoury fine palate. Being kept on fine lees for six months, 50% in seasoned French barriques, has produced a wine with a textured mouthfeel, fine tannins and with cool climate acidity makes for a wine perfect for the warmer seasons.

A very refreshing, easy drinking style of Chardonnay. This wine is all about Chardonnay fruit. A small amount of barrel fermented Chardonnay is added to increase complexity & add structure to the wine. Stirring the wine during maturation has increased the mouthfeel of the wine. Lashings of apple, lemon/lime and stone fruit  combine into a silky wine that shows finesse, intensity and length. A wine that can be enjoyed equally with food or simply by itself.

A very fragrant, intense wine. On the nose, aromas of lemon/lime, grapefruit, cider apple, struck match and spice . A depth of fruit abounds which builds together with a vibrant, chalky, acidity.  There is a linear drive with a refreshing dry finish.

Plum/prune, red and dark fruits,  spice and woodsy, meaty components meld together with French oak. The palate is silky smooth and leads to a prolonged finish.

Deeply coloured, a highly fragrant perfumed bouquet of red berries, dark plum, cherry, savoury spice and forest, earthy notes. The palate has very fine tannins with an intense linear drive, power and length.

Bright medium dark crimson, a wine showing purity and elegance. Peppery and graphite aromas, raspberry, blackcurrant and violets merge with earthy, grassy and fragrant herbal notes. As the wine breathes, a more fuller generosity develops with chalky tannins and succulent flavours opening up. Aged in French barrels (15% new) for 14 months.
