Composed of four different Pinot Noir clones, this wine has benefitted from 18 months in extra fine grain French oak ( 50% new) .It has integrated extremely well with fruit, oak and acid all in harmony. The initial bouquet is quite intense with an array of aromas from plum, cherry, strawberries, spice, savoury and pronounced floral notes leading to a very long silky palate. Cellaring this wine will reward those looking for increased complexity and secondary fruit characters. Up to 10+ years.
