A highly fragrant perfumed bouquet of red berries, dark plum, cherry, savoury spice/umami and forest, earthy notes. The palate has fine tannins, a velvety mouthfeel with a long opening finish.

Composed of four different Pinot Noir clones, MV6, 114, 115 and Abel.
Grapes were destemmed into open fermenters with 15% whole bunch addition.The must then soaked for four days at ambient temperature until natural fermentation started. Extraction via plunging 2-3 times daily for the next two weeks with no additions.. It was then gently hand pressed into French oak barriques, 33% new for 10 months maturation, then two months in tank prior to bottling.
No fining or filtering. A small addition of sulphur was made prior to bottling.
